Yoga, Breathwork & Reiki Sessions
Whether you need a calming yoga flow to release tension, breathwork to boost your energy and focus, or a reiki session to shift stagnant energy - I offer private, tailored sessions to meet you where you are. These 1:1 sessions are all about you - your body, your energy, and your goals - and can be booked from anywhere in the world.
Yoga
A flowing, breath-led practice that builds strength, focus, and energy. We'll move through sequences at your pace, tailored to your needs - whether that’s energising and uplifting, or slower and steady. Open to all levels.
Vinyasa
Yin
A slow, grounding practice where we hold floor-based poses for longer. It’s designed to open the body gently, soothe the nervous system, and create space emotionally as well as physically. Perfect if you’re feeling tired, anxious, stuck, or just need a deep exhale.
Breathwork
Breathwork is such a powerful tool for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnecting to yourself. I’ll guide you through breath techniques based on what you’re needing - from calming practices to deeper emotional shifts.
Reiki
Reiki is a form of energy healing that works beautifully across distance. You can use it for yourself - to support your nervous system, deepen rest, or shift emotional blocks - or for a situation you’d like to bring peace or clarity to.
People often book Reiki to support:
Emotional overwhelm or burnout
Big life changes or decisions
Relationship tensions (including breakups or family conflict)
Grief or heartbreak
Physical healing or fatigue
A loved one or child going through something challenging
A creative project or business idea they’re nurturing
You don’t need to do anything during the session - just rest and receive.
Pricing & Energy Exchange
£20 for 30-minute sessions
£40 for 60-minute sessions
If you're not in a position to pay right now, I also offer an energy exchange option!
In return for a free session, you do something kind or helpful for someone else for the same amount of time. It could be helping a friend, writing a thank-you letter, picking up litter, or supporting someone who needs it.
