Issy Luck
Yoga Instructor, Retreat Host, Breathwork Facilitator & Reiki Practitioner
At university I lived three doors down from a hot yoga studio and fell in love with yoga! After graduating, I returned to my hometown and kept up a strong self-practice.
During this time, my dad became unwell and sadly passed away. My mother and I started practicing with some amazing teachers after his passing - these classes became a vital part of our grieving and healing process. This experience showed me the deep emotional power of yoga.
After a ten years of practice, I felt a strong calling to become a teacher myself. While working for a bank in London, I trained to teach yoga and started offering classes in the evenings and weekends.
I soon realised teaching yoga was meant to be a much bigger part of my life. I left the corporate world, moved to a beach town in Mexico, and taught yoga full-time.
Since then, I’ve been traveling the world sharing Vinyasa, Yin, breathwork and Reiki practices with people across the globe. I host yoga retreats designed to help people slow down, reconnect, and feel grounded.
I teach in-person classes wherever I go, and you can stay up to date on locations and schedules by following me on Instagram.
I’d love to practice with you - whether in a class, online or on a retreat.
